In September of 2008, we broke ground on the 18-feet-wide residential lot on Warren Park in Chicago. The home is 12.5 feet wide, 70 feet long, and is intended to be an exemplary model for building both 'green' and cost-effectively. I followed a link to this blog off of another blog when I saw the artist rendering for this house. Looks like a cool project and an awesome house.
