In September of 2008, we broke ground on the 18-feet-wide residential lot on Warren Park in Chicago. The home is 12.5 feet wide, 70 feet long, and is intended to be an exemplary model for building both 'green' and cost-effectively. This was a space saving house construction and with similarities with condo units.
