In September of 2008, we broke ground on the 18-feet-wide residential lot on Warren Park in Chicago. The home is 12.5 feet wide, 70 feet long, and is intended to be an exemplary model for building both 'green' and cost-effectively. Construction the contract also specifies the amount the retained from each payment, usually that 10% of the contract sum. Once of the contractor is through with in the contract, half of the retained of amount is paid to him and the others half is paid after 6 months-this can period is known as the defects of liability in the period.
