Park House Construction

In September of 2008, we broke ground on the 18-feet-wide residential lot on Warren Park in Chicago. The home is 12.5 feet wide, 70 feet long, and is intended to be an exemplary model for building both 'green' and cost-effectively. A multi-level design responds to the narrow lot, in order to maximize both space and views of the park. Design by Sandberg Architecture and Design - http://sandbergarchitecture.com
